Job summary

Big Ideas Educational Services seeks energetic Dance Teachers to lead after-school enrichment at multiple school sites. You will plan age-appropriate lessons, teach Hip-Hop, Jazz, Ballet, and more, and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Ideal candidates have dance teaching experience with children, strong classroom management, reliable transportation, and eligibility to work in the United States. The role offers a consistent after-school schedule and competitive daily pay.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching dance to children or youth preferred.
• Knowledge of one or more dance styles such as Hip-Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Cultural Dance, Cheer Dance, or related disciplines.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying skill levels.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass all required background screening and fingerprinting requirements.

Position Title: Dance Teacher
Location: Various School Sites
Schedule: Monday through Thursday
Hours: 2.5 hours per day (must be available between 2:00 PM and 5:30 PM)
Compensation: $75 - $120 per day, based on experience and qualifications
