Job summary

Elevo is seeking reliable coaches to lead K–8 students through structured after-school activities and sports, following Elevo’s SEL-based curriculum. You’ll manage groups, promote positive behavior, and partner with school staff to ensure a welcoming program environment.

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with eligible work status in the U.S. Join a mission-driven team that values student well-being, training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, or leading youth in any setting.
• Ability to model positive behavior and engage students.
• Ability to manage groups of up to 20 students.
• Willingness to collaborate with school staff and coaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through structured, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Partner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environment.
• Show up consistently as a role model who helps students build confidence and social skills.
