Job summary

Aftershock Club Facilitators in Norfolk, Nebraska, seeks a part-time staffer to support the after-school program. You will implement, lead, and/or teach activities, work directly with students, monitor progress, and assist with attendance and reporting while ensuring safety and engagement.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience with children; diversity experience is a plus. Schedule is 3:00–6:00 pm, 12-month term, $15.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or good academic standing.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children.
• Experience with diverse student populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, lead, and/or teach program activities.
• Work directly with students.
• Monitor student progress.
• Assist with daily attendance and other reporting functions.
• Assist in club activity delivery and lead activities as needed.
• Engage students in club activities and ensure their safety.
