Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age childcare staff for our After School Program at Ekron Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The program runs 3:00–5:30 pm on school days, offering a part-time, non-exempt position.

We provide employer-paid childcare for dependents, plus telehealth, vision, dental coverage, 401(k), paid sick time, on-demand pay, and career development opportunities. Ideal for parents, education majors, or retirees seeking a flexible, school-day–aligned

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience with kids preferred
• Health clearance including TB screening required
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and reliability

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, art, homework)
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and model positive behavior
• Observe state guidelines and program policies
• Assist with attendance, registration, and staffing tasks
