Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our Before and After School Program at Edgewood School for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with hours following the school calendar (morning, afternoon, or both).

You will lead engaging activities, maintain a safe, supportive environment, and support program operations and families in a teamwork-driven setting. 18+ with a HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience with kids preferred.
• Health clearance including TB screening per state rules.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities per Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, art, homework).
• Provide a safe, healthy, fun environment and be a positive role model.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies and host school rules.
• Assist with attendance, registration and staffing as needed.
