Job summary

Minnetonka Schools Community Education is hiring an After School Child Care Program Assistant to support activities for elementary students (K–5). You will supervise children, foster a safe, inclusive environment, and communicate with families and staff.

Shifts run after school from 2:30 PM to 6 PM across district schools. Starting pay is $19.08 per hour with quarterly bonuses, plus professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• No prior child care experience required, interest in working with children.
• Ability to follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

As a Child Care Assistant, you will supervise and engage with children in grades K-5.
