Chess Wizards, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, reliable instructors to join our after-school enrichment program in Hamilton, MA. Lead fun, interactive chess classes for elementary students using our structured curriculum and safety protocols.

Teach 1–5 classes per week on weekday afternoons, with mileage reimbursement for travel between local schools. We offer competitive pay per class, full training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with groups of children in educational, recreational, or mentoring settings.
• Ability to lead a class independently with an engaging, kid-friendly approach.
• Reliable, professional demeanor and strong punctuality.
• Solid grasp of chess basics and the ability to explain moves and simple tactics to kids.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students using a structured curriculum.
• Create a positive classroom environment and promote good sportsmanship.
• Manage the classroom with confidence, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Travel to local school sites for sessions and arrive prepared.
• Encourage problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking in students.
