Job summary

Traders Point Christian Schools is seeking an Attendant for the Before and After School Care (BASC) program. Under BASC Director supervision, you will help create a nurturing learning environment and assist with instructional activities for students.

The role involves direct supervision, guidance in activities, and support for academic tasks while modeling Christian values and Bible-based instruction.

Qualifications

• The Attendant is a Christian with an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ and a calling to Christian education.
• Ability to interact respectfully with students, parents, staff, and community members while upholding school standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of young children, monitor activities and location.
• Move around the BASC area or playground to engage with children.
• Interact with students individually and in groups to ensure safety and support.
• Prepare and clean up daily activities, games, and arts/craft projects.
• Assist with homework and school projects as needed.
• Promote and model the mission and core values of Traders Point Christian School.
