Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Working Towards High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred.
• Prior childcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day care in the before/after-school program.
• Influence positive, godly behavior and plan daily activities.
• Assist students with homework and assignments.
• Maintain orderly, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Interact with children to provide guidance and support.
