Job summary

The Diocese of Green Bay invites applications for an After Care Program Team Member at Notre Dame of De Pere Catholic School, De Pere, WI. This part-time role supports the after-school program, providing a safe, welcoming environment for students from 2:30 p.m.

to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, 6–10 hours weekly. You will supervise students, lead activities, assist with homework, serve snacks, and communicate with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and complete training requested.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during after-school hours.
• Lead age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.

Notre Dame of De Pere Catholic School in Partnership with St. Francis Xavier and St. Mary Catholic Churches, De Pere is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic After Care Program Team Member to join our after-school program. This part-time position provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students after school while supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.

Schedule: 6-10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the academic year, 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during after-school hours.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
• Assist students with homework as needed.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Successful completion of required background checks and Safe Environment/VIRTUS training.
• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
