Christ the King Catholic School in Denver, CO is seeking a part-time After Care Aide for the 2026-2027 school year to supervise students, support positive social interactions, and ensure students’ wellbeing after the school day.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma, appropriate training/credentialing, and at least 3 months of experience caring for and supervising 4+ children. Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 2:45 pm–5:30 pm, non-benefit eligible.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma; some college or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Requires appropriate training, certification/licensing and/or credentialing.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3 months (455 hours) of verified experience caring for and supervising 4+ unrelated children over age 4, or hold an Early Childhood Professional Credential Level I or higher (Version 3.0).
• Ability to supervise, communicate, and maintain a safe classroom environment.

Aufgaben

• Teach and act in accordance with Catholic doctrine.
• Follow mission, policies, and procedures of Christ the King Catholic School.
• Provide extended or enrichment opportunities.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, colleagues, and principal.
• Participate in in-service and school PD programs and initiatives.
• Cooperate with the principal and staff in meetings and activities.
• Maintain accurate attendance and academic records as per school policy.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, secure learning and work environment.
• Participate in annual performance reviews for the After Care Aide.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding school personnel and students.
