Covelo Group in Baldwin Park, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for an after-school, short-term assignment with consistent afternoon hours. Earn up to $25/hour with weekly pay and a fixed schedule Mon-Fri 2:00-6:00 pm or 1:30-5:00 pm in a school-based setting.

You will provide 1:1 or small group support, reinforce behavior plans, track progress, assist with transitions, and communicate needs to staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with students in a structured setting.
• Strong communication and reliability.
• ABA or behavioral support experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 or small group support during after-school hours.
• Reinforce behavior plans and support classroom expectations.
• Track student progress and document daily activities.
