Job summary

Covelo Group in Glendale, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for an after-school, part-time assignment. Earn up to $25/hr with a consistent Mon–Fri schedule from 2:00–6:00 pm or 1:30–5:00 pm, April through May.

You’ll provide 1:1 or small group support, reinforce behavior plans, track student progress, assist with transitions, and communicate with staff. Requirements include high school diploma, ability to work in a structured setting, strong communication, reliability, and ABA or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work with students in a structured setting.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.
• ABA or behavioral support experience is preferred.
• BLS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support during after-school hours.
• Reinforce behavior plans and support classroom expectations.
• Track student progress and document daily activities.
• Assist with transitions and structured activities.
• Communicate with staff on student needs.
