BBA Afterschool Inc in Loxahatchee, FL is seeking enthusiastic and dependable After-School Basketball Instructors to lead engaging programs for elementary students. This part-time, after-school role runs Monday through Friday with 1.5-hour sessions in-person at the Loxahatchee site.

Curriculum and equipment are provided and no lesson planning is required. The position offers a flexible afternoon schedule, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is a plus
• Comfortable working with students in grades K–5
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Loxahatchee
• Dependable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging basketball sessions for elementary students
• Teach age-appropriate fundamentals and skills
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior
• Follow structured curriculum and activities
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students
• Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership
