Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. in the Palm Beach area seeks energetic college students to coach elementary students in Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football after school. This part-time, in-person role offers a 1:00 PM–5:00 PM schedule with 1.5-hour sessions and $37.50 per session ($25 per hour).

You’ll follow a structured curriculum, supervise 15–25 students, and gain leadership skills while making a positive impact in the community. Curriculum and equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching Basketball, Soccer, or Flag Football is helpful.
• Comfortable working with children in grades K through 5.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout the Palm Beach area.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Must complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Coach elementary students in Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football activities.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and participation.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
