Job summary

Trellis Services is hiring an after-school autism instructor to work with children and adolescents (ages 9 to 21) diagnosed with autism in our After School Program in Towson, MD. This part-time role is based on the Edgewood/Towson location and supports daily living and community activities.

The position offers $19.00–$21.00 per hour, flexible hours, and participation in our 401K plan. You will work under a Case Manager and gain experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis, building a strong

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old on first day.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum 100 hours working/volunteer/personal experience with individuals with developmental delays

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support with community independence, daily living and recreation/leisure
• Flexible schedules; afternoon, evening and weekend shifts
• Additional opportunities available throughout Maryland including Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard and Talbot counties
• Ability to advance into other roles at Trellis
