Job summary

Trellis Services in Westminster is seeking a Part Time In Home Autism Instructor to provide 1:1 ABA-based instruction under the guidance of a special educator. You will implement individualized teaching procedures, follow behavior and data collection protocols, and support families in natural home settings.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, preparing learner materials, and collaborating with the school team to ensure consistent, meaningful skill development for each learner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to follow individualized plans with consistency.
• Ability to accurately complete daily data responsibilities.
• Ability to meet physical and communication requirements of the role.

• Develop and carry out NET plans for individual learners.
• Use NET instruction and intensive teaching sessions.

• Complete daily data responsibilities and evaluate instructional performance.
• Prepare learner materials and support group instruction.

Overview

As an Autism Instructor, you’ll provide 1:1 instruction to learners using effective teaching procedures under the guidance of a special educator. You’ll implement individualized instructional, behavior, toileting, and feeding protocols while tracking progress and supporting the broader school team.

• Participate in team meetings and support school routines, field trips, and daily transitions
