Job summary

C2 Education is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver engaging lessons aligned with our curriculum in Palos Verdes - Rolling Hills Estates, CA. Sessions run after school, typically Mon–Thu 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Sat 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with some location variations.

You will assess progress, maintain records, and collaborate with staff to support student growth. Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship; Bachelor's degree required. In-person tutoring is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Assess students’ progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and concerns.
• Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, relevant to students.
• Ability to tutor in-person.
