Job summary

C2 Education in the United States seeks a part-time instructor to deliver after-school lessons aligned with our curriculum, focusing on fostering student growth and a positive learning environment.

You will assess progress, maintain records, and communicate with parents, while collaborating with colleagues and participating in professional development. This role offers after-school hours Mon-Thu 1–9pm and Sat 9am–5pm at various locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Experience using educational technology and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning goals.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
• Adhere to C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s policies and procedures.
• Tutor in-person after school sessions.
