Resurgence Hall is seeking a part-time After School and Recess Associate to oversee an engaging program for grades K-8. You will supervise scholars after school, lead enrichment activities, and coordinate recess and community connections with a focus on safety and learning.
The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.

The aftercare program consists of supervising scholars during outdoor recess time, leading enrichment activities during after care, and monitoring scholars during quiet reading time as they wait for their families to pick them up.
This job is physically demanding and may require standing and walking for extended periods of time and lifting heavy objects up to 40lbs.
At least 1 year prior experience teaching, coaching, or working with elementary or middle school aged children and experience teaching in a low-income community.
- 12pm - 5pm, or 1pm-6pm Monday - Friday with additional mandatory paid hours for professional development
- This is a part-time position at $20 per hour
