Jeffco Public Schools is seeking a part-time School Age Enrichment Program Aide for the West Woods Elementary site. The role offers an hourly wage of $19.79 to $21.29 and requires a flexible, reliable individual who loves working with children.

Responsibilities include supervising children, planning activities, maintaining safety, and ensuring compliance with district policies. The position is nonexempt with 1 hour per day, 260 days per year, and is centrally managed by SAE Administration.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and demonstrate the ability to work with children.
• High school diploma or equivalent required unless still in high school.
• Experience working with school-age children preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director in managing daily operations of Before and After School Program.
• Ensure safety of children through active supervision.
• Plan, prepare and implement program activities, engage students in enrichment, games, field trips, and homework.
• Maintain staff-to-child ratios and follow district policies and procedures.
• Complete required certificates and training (CPR/First Aid, Universal Precautions, etc.).
• Substitute at other SAE sites as needed.
• Foster collaboration with staff, parents and school partners.
