The successful new hire or rehired candidate will be responsible to complete 2 sets of fingerprints and incur the fingerprinting and processing fee of $57.50 through an appropriate fingerprinting vendor and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, within 48 hours of offer acceptance.
To be in compliance with licensing requirements, new SAE hires must also complete a CDEC Background Check request (TRAILS Review). Out-of-state background checks may also be requested, if applicable.
SUMMARY Provide assistance to the Director in all aspects of managing the School Age Enrichment Programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the Site Director, SAE Coordinators and/or Administrator.
EXPERIENCE Working with school age children preferred but not required.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High school diploma or equivalent unless candidate is still attending high school.
QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 16 years of age and demonstrate an ability to work with children. Program Aide always works under the direct supervision of Program Director or Program Leader. Must be flexible to accommodate short and long term subbing assignments at all SAE Sites as directed by Program Director/Leader.
