AlphaBEST Education, Inc, located in Harvard, MA at Hildreth Elementary School, is hiring a part-time Group Leader for the 2026/2027 school year. Shifts are 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm with no weekend work, serving as a guide for after-school adventures.

You will lead activities across fitness, arts, technology and more while fostering curiosity. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, licensing clearance, and flexible scheduling.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
