Job summary

BrightBee in San Jose, California is seeking an After School Program Associate to support students after school, help them learn, grow, and succeed in a safe, supportive space. You’ll design and lead engaging activities, provide homework help, supervise transitions, and communicate with parents and teachers about student progress.

This flexible role offers 2–5 days per week, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM, with background checks required; 48 college credits and Spanish bilingual ability are a plus; pay ranges

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Costs for clearances may be applicant's responsibility.
• RBT experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging group activities for various age groups.
• Provide homework help and small-group tutoring.
• Maintain supervision during transitions, snack, and recreation.
• Assist with attendance, materials, and parent updates at pick-up.
