Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our client-centered ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one services, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to support children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and dedication to helping children with autism.
• Experience in ABA is a plus but paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Work as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
