Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking an After-School RBT Educator to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.

You will join a dedicated clinical team, record session data, and help families build skills; paid training is provided, and a six-month commitment is encouraged. This role offers flexible scheduling after school hours and opportunities for growth in the thriving ABA industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm during challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before beginning work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an important member of the clinical team and directly implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build connections with their families.
