Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years’ acute-care hospital nursing experience required.
• Eligible for licensure in other states.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must live within 75 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment and intervention using nursing process and Telecare protocols.
• Advocate for patients and families by communicating with attending physicians and care staff.
• Coordinate all after-hours service delivery and education; dispatch interdisciplinary visits.
• Provide bereavement support to families.
• Document interactions in patient records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in orientation and attend trainings.
• Promote customer service oriented care and cultural platforms.
