Hawarden Regional Healthcare is seeking a Per Diem front desk/registration Specialist to manage patient scheduling, registration, and related administrative duties in a busy hospital setting. Under limited supervision, performs computerized patient scheduling and registration. Performs a multiple of assignments at the registration desk, which include, but are not limited to: registration and admission processes, telephone answering and other communication facilitation. Assist with the flow of activities providing for a timely and efficient movement of patients through the emergency and ambulatory systems by coordinating the appropriate diagnostic testing and results, communication and scheduling.
