Job summary

Qualifications

• California RN license. Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.
• Graduate of an NLN accredited nursing school.
• Minimum of one year experience as a professional nurse within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Documenting observations and interventions related to the patient's status.
