Kind is seeking a CNA, HHA, RN, or candidate with equivalent experience to join our team as an After Hours Care Coordinator, supporting our care team in the field on nights and weekends while upholding our high standards of care. Purpose:

The After Hours Care Coordinator supports our leadership in providing excellent home care services beyond regular hours, including weeknights and weekends.

Main Duties:

• Answer all calls outside regular office hours (weekdays 4:30 pm - 8:00 am; weekends/holidays 8:00 am - 8:00 am).
• Resolve client service, scheduling, or adjustment issues politely and efficiently.
• Monitor after-hours email and care log.
• Serve as a fill-in Caregiver when unable to fill shifts. This is essential and well compensated.
• Perform any other tasks requested by Kind Senior Care office staff.

Other Requirements:

• Reliable phone service and internet access throughout shifts.
• Availability to answer and respond to calls during shifts.
• When not on calls, staff can use their time freely if requirements are met.
• Current HHA, CNA, LNA, RN certification, or equivalent experience is required.

Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
• Passion for helping seniors remain safe and independent.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and smartphone.
• Ability to pass driving record and background checks.

Guaranteed Minimum Pay:

• Weekdays: 2.5 hours at $25/hour = $62.50/day
• Weekends: 4 hours at $25/hour = $100/day
• Holidays: 5 hours at $25/hour = $125
• Additional hours beyond these are paid at $25/hour.
