Job summary

Covenant Christian Academy is seeking a qualified, part-time staff person/teacher for its Grammar School After-Care Program. Supervised care for students in Grades 1 through 6 is provided Monday through Thursday from 3:00 - 5:00 pm. The candidate will foster a Christian environment and work collaboratively with teachers and families.

Must be willing to sign CCA’s Statement of Faith and Core Values, and maintain Christian conduct as a role model for students and staff. Rate: $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a mature Christian faith and ability to model this to students.
• Experience with children in educational settings and a structured yet grace-filled approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to collaborate with staff, parents, and the school community.
• Must sign Covenant Christian Academy's Statement of Faith and Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervised care for students in Grades 1–6 after school, Mon-Thu 3:00–5:00 pm.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and enforce program rules.
• Communicate with teachers and parents as needed.

Covenant Christian Academy is seeking a qualified, part-time staff person/teacher for its Grammar School After-Care Program. Qualifications of the successful candidate will include:

• A mature Christian faith and the ability to nurture this faith in children
• Experience working with children in an educational setting with a welcome measure of structure while maintaining a spirit of grace and community
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• The readiness to collaborate with colleagues, specialists, parents, and the larger school community
• Must be willing to sign CCA’s Statement of Faith and Core Values. Must maintain the highest Christian virtue and personal decorum, serving as a Christian role model and mentor both in and out of school, to students, parents, fellow faculty members and employees in judgment, dignity, respect, and Christian living.

Contract runs: Immediatelythrough June 2026
