Job summary

CACI seeks an experienced AFSIM simulation analyst to support NGIC by formulating, executing, and delivering M&S studies for customer questions.

The role requires breaking scenarios into steps, mapping projects, identifying risks, and documenting assumptions and issues. TS/SCI clearance, strong math and programming skills are essential.

Collaborate with intelligence SMEs to understand data needs and present findings clearly to the customer, ensuring timely, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in physics, engineering, CS, or math; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in M&S for DoD programs using AFSIM.
• Experience with multiple M&S tool suites; AFSIM required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
• C++ and MATLAB, Python, or R.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• US military or IC experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute M&S studies to answer customer questions.
• Break scenarios into steps, map project, and define timelines.
• Document process with steps, assumptions, limitations, gaps, and issues.
• Conduct experiments to understand system behavior and test strategies.
• Produce technical assessments with statistical and graphical analyses.
• Write test plans and reports using scientific methods.
• Collaborate with intelligence SMEs to interpret data for the customer.
