Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an experienced AFSIM simulation analyst to support NGIC by formulating, analyzing, and delivering M&S studies to answer customer questions. The role requires breaking down scenarios, mapping projects, and documenting steps, assumptions, and gaps for traceability.

You will collaborate with intelligence SMEs to understand data needs, perform analyses, and present findings. Strong C++ and scripting skills with a DoD background are essential.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in physics, engineering, computer science, applied math, or similar. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• 3+ years in an M&S role on DoD programs utilizing AFSIM.
• Experience with multiple M&S tool suites; AFSIM experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• C++ and other programming languages (MATLAB, Python, R).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute M&S studies to answer customer questions.
• Break down scenarios, map the project, and determine timelines.
• Document steps, assumptions, limitations, knowns, gaps, and issues.
• Collaborate with intelligence SMEs to understand data needs and presentation.
• Formulate and publish test plans and reports using scientific methods.
• Present analyses with statistical and graphical techniques.
