Job summary

A defense contracting firm seeks an experienced AFSIM Modeler in Beavercreek, OH to support U.S. Department of Defense programs. You'll design and execute AFSIM-based scenarios and models, translating operational concepts into effective simulations. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2–5+ years in Modeling and Simulation. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to maintain a DoD Secret clearance. This position primarily requires on-site work with limited telework options.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Modeling and Simulation or MS&A for DoD.
• Hands-on experience using AFSIM for scenario development and analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure AFSIM models for analyses.
• Translate operational concepts and requirements into AFSIM models.
• Analyze simulation outputs and prepare briefings.
