Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field; Master's preferred – 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in modeling & simulation or operations analysis, with 1–3 years of AFSIM experience.
• Strong understanding of military platforms and mission-level concepts highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into effective models.
• Develop and execute AFSIM-based scenarios to analyze military operations.
• Prepare technical briefings, reports, and presentations on modeling results.
