Job summary

IQ Sig is seeking an AFSIM Modeling & Simulation Specialist to support the Office of the Secretariat for SOF analysis at the Center for Special Operations Analysis.

You will construct models, script dynamic entities, and craft operational scenarios that reflect realistic actions and interactions in AFSIM. The role requires U.S. citizenship and a Top Secret/SCI-eligible clearance, plus a technical degree and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required due to sensitive requirements.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/math and 3+ years of related analysis experience.
• Experience with modeling and simulation tools for engagement and/or mission studies.

Responsibilities

• Construct models and entities in AFSIM.
• Apply dynamic scripting to model entity actions/interactions.
• Create and enhance operationally relevant scenarios in AFSIM.
• Analyze AFSIM results and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with agile software teams on MS&A solutions.
