Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of analysis, modeling & simulation experience.
• Scripting or programming experience.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• MS in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience using STK, Python, C++, R, or JMP.
• Familiarity with U.S. and foreign military systems.
• Experience supporting operational analysis, force design, capability assessments, or DoD studies.

Responsibilities

• Support advanced defense modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts focused on emerging military technologies and capability assessments.
• Construct and enhance military systems, entities, and behaviors within AFSIM and develop realistic scenarios.
• Collaborate with military SMEs, pilots, technologists, and engineers to translate requirements into simulation environments.
• Contribute to study planning, scenario development, model implementation, simulation execution, and analysis of results.
• Present study findings to stakeholders and DoD decision makers.
• Work with software development teams to improve modeling and simulation capabilities.
