Job summary

The University of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI) is seeking qualified candidates for a Project Analyst position to manage AFRL contracts from setup to closeout. You will prepare deliverables, financial reports, and projections while coordinating resource allocations and subcontracts.

You will interact with AFRL customers, provide excellent service, and liaise with the PI and UDRI offices to ensure timely objectives are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus minimum six years of experience OR Master's degree plus minimum five years of experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Exhibit excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness
• Proven ability to collaborate with others and complete objectives within a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Oversee AFRL contracts from setup through closeout in a fast-paced environment
• Submit deliverables and prepare financial reports
• Determine resource allocations and complete financial projections and analysis
• Approve purchases and travel requests against contract budgets
• Manage subcontracts and liaison between the PI and UDRI administrative offices
• Communicate with AFRL customers and provide outstanding customer service in group meetings and one-on-one interactions
