Job summary

UDRI, the University of Dayton Research Institute, seeks a Program Manager or Senior Program Manager to lead DoD/USAF and industry-sponsored R&D projects in the Materials Sector. You will drive programmatic execution across the project lifecycle, coordinating with customers, PIs, technical leads, and operations teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role manages cost, schedule, scope, performance, risk, change, and quality while maintaining stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of program management experience.
• Experience planning, executing, monitoring, and coordinating projects.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, scope, performance, and risk.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Project tools; PMP or equivalent preferred.
• U.S. citizens eligible for government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage programmatic execution of DoD/USAF and industry R&D projects.
• Oversee lifecycle from inception to closeout, including cost, schedule, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers, PIs, technical leads, and staff; communicate status.
