Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in student growth and development in an educational setting.
• Strong judgment and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Awareness of how social identities impact the college experience and equity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Africana Center daily operations and programming.
• Develop goals and infrastructure with Director for scholarship and leadership initiatives.
• Coordinate peer leader programs, mentorship, and training; assess outcomes.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support student success and inclusion.
• Write grants and proposals to secure funding for programs and events.
