AFLAC of the Black Hills is recruiting licensed insurance agents to grow an existing book and cultivate new business opportunities in the Rapid City area. The role emphasizes presenting group and individual benefit options, enrolling customers, and delivering high-quality service.

Agents earn commissions, bonuses, residual income, and stock with a flexible, modern work style and the support of a trusted national brand.

Qualifications

• Health and/or life insurance license required.
• Proven industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
