Job summary

Major League Baseball is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach to establish and run a comprehensive program for an Arizona Fall League team. You will oversee athlete training, implement scientifically grounded plans, and supervise sessions to optimize performance.

This role also entails maintaining records, coordinating with MLB clubs' guidance, ensuring facility safety and operations, and collaborating with medical staff on rehabilitation and return-to-play decisions.
