Job summary

Major League Baseball is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Arizona Fall League to establish and maintain a formal strength and conditioning program for an assigned AFL team. You will supervise athlete training and oversee facility operations, ensuring evidence-based plans and safe practices are followed.

You will collaborate with MLB clubs' guidance on rehabilitation and data-driven training, maintaining records and adjusting programs to optimize performance and player development

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for high-level athletes.
  • Ability to monitor and adjust training loads based on periodization and sport science principles.
  • Proven track record supervising training sessions and maintaining athlete records.
  • Collaborative approach with medical and athletic training staff to support rehab and return-to-play.
