Position Summary

An effective Affordable Regional Manager at Elmington is a self-motivated, passionate worker. Because you are tasked with providing leadership to multiple teams of people and are responsible for a portfolio of assets valued at over $100 million dollars, expectations are high.

Essential Job Functions

• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Financial management and reporting.
• Presenting a professional image and effectively representing the company.
• Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing and company utilized software.
• Preparing, locating and compiling information and documents.
• Driving a motor vehicle and frequently traveling between properties in your portfolio.
• Purchasing items for business needs up to $1000 and submitting for reimbursement.
• Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Following and enforcing all company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Specific Education or Experience

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Must have affordable/tax credit experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Property Management leadership.

• Frequently sit, stand and walk.
