Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking an Affordable Property Manager with excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 42-unit low-income housing community, MacDonald West Apartments in Downtown Portland.

The role involves managing daily property operations including marketing, income certification, maintaining property integrity, screening residents, rent collection, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Location: MacDonald West Apartments (Downtown Portland, OR)

Hourly Rate: $26-$30/hr (DOE)

Schedule: FT, Monday to Thursday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Weekly Hours: 32 hrs.

Additional Compensation: $50/month cell phone stipend

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of property management experience
• Yardi experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS365 (TEAMS, Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Basic math and bookkeeping skills
• Strong communication skills
• Availability for after-hours emergencies
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, Fair Housing, safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent
