Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program related to Real Estate, Urban Planning, Affordable Housing, Accounting, Finance
• Must have at least one academic term remaining after internship
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute meaningful work engagements that impact the business
• Support consulting engagements with analyses and deliverables related to clients’ objectives
• Assist with financing activities by preparing analyses and evaluating funding sources
• Collaborate with staff, seniors, managers and principals with specialized experience across industries
• Engage with a diverse client base including nonprofit organizations and large corporations
• Learn from mentors and colleagues through an open work environment
• Participate in a weeklong internship orientation to contribute immediately
