Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus HUD training and 1–2 years relevant work experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience meeting required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet high customer service standards and respond to inquiries according to protocol.
• Coordinate with landlords and housing authorities to manage voucher participation.
• Conduct intake briefings with program participants.
• Review applications and run verifications for eligibility.
• Prepare HUD Form 50058 and maintain files.
