Property Overview

Multifamily Property Management

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining apartment homes, buildings, grounds, and performing a variety of repair duties including flooring, drywall, appliances, plumbing, electrical, safety systems, HVAC, painting, and cleaning. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies and safety protocols, supporting client satisfaction within budget constraints.

Location and Requirements

Property: View by Vintage, 9800 219th Ave E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391

Driving a site-owned golf cart is required; a valid unrestricted U.S. Driver's License is necessary.

Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relations: Ensure operations meet client expectations and objectives.
  2. General Maintenance: Follow maintenance programs, perform inspections, and assist with groundskeeping and property aesthetics.
  3. Unit Turnover: Conduct repairs and coordinate painting and appliance changes for vacant units.
  4. Equipment & Systems Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment, ensure proper storage, and keep inventory within budget.
  5. Inspections: Prepare properties for inspections like NSPIRE, MOR, TCAC, and CALFHA, ensuring compliance and collaboration with stakeholders.
  6. Other Duties: Enforce community rules, comply with Fair Housing Laws, maintain professional appearance, and communicate effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in residential property management or related fields.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or CAMT certification preferred.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and pass medical clearance.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • May need to provide personal tools.
