• Collaborating with the property manager to maintain pristine site conditions, addressing issues proactively before they elevate.
• Turning units to prepare for new move-ins, welcoming families to their new homes.

YOUR TYPICAL SHIFT:

We are looking for a full-time Affordable Housing Maintenance Tech who can work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll also be on-call for emergencies as needed.
