Asset Living is seeking a Lease Consultant in Reno, NV to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for an affordable housing portfolio. You will show units, qualify applicants, tour communities, and finalize leases while maintaining a positive resident experience.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, strong customer service, and adherence to leasing policies, with opportunities to contribute to retention programs and market analyses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site tasks.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by generating leads, scheduling tours, and following up.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data with 24-hour response.
• Support marketing plans to drive traffic and leasing goals.
